How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
Your UPPAbaby product is covered by a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase and under normal use in accordance with the user manual. The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is non-transferable. Please contact us if you have any questions about the warranty.
Which testing and safety protocols does UPPAbaby adhere to?
All UPPAbaby strollers and car seats meet and exceed compliance standards and legal safety and testing standards. Legal safety standards dictate that all car seats and strollers meet strict flame retardancy standards. Many manufacturers meet these requirements by treating their fabrics with toxic chemicals such as bromine and chlorine (PBBs and PBDEs), which can be harmful to children. All UPPAbaby products meet all applicable flame retardancy standards without these potentially harmful chemicals.
