Warranty
Your UPPAbaby product comes with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase and subject to normal use in accordance with the instruction manual. The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase, applies solely to the original owner, and is non-transferable. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the warranty.
Product registration
UPPAbaby now offers a standard 3-year warranty (see above). Previously, the warranty was 2 years, with the option to register your product for an extra year of coverage. Registration is no longer required; you now get a standard 3-year warranty, it’s that simple! Do you have any questions about this? Please feel free to contact us.
Travelsafe warranty
Register travel bag
The TravelSafe program covers strollers, buggies, RumbleSeats, and separate bassinets for a period of 4 years from the date of purchase (3 years under the original product warranty plus an additional 1 year of coverage provided by purchasing the Travel Bag). The TravelSafe warranty applies ONLY to damage sustained during air travel while the products are transported in the dedicated UPPAbaby Travel Bag. The standard warranty covering manufacturing defects for strollers remains 3 years. For the Travel Bag itself, the warranty against manufacturing defects is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. If the Travel Bag sustains damage during air travel that does not affect its functionality (such as minor cosmetic damage), the bag will not be replaced; in such cases, the customer should claim for the damage through their travel insurance or the airline.
An example: a UPPAbaby Vista purchased on 15 May 2024. The warranty expires on 15 May 2027. The UPPAbaby Travel Bag is purchased on 1 January 2025. In the event of damage sustained during air travel, parts will be replaced free of charge until 15 May 2028. In all other cases, manufacturing defects in the stroller will be addressed until 15 May 2027 under the standard 3-year warranty. This applies only to normal use in accordance with the manual. If a claim is reported under the Travel Safe guarantee, we always require:
* Photo or video of the damage
* Receipts of the stroller as from the travelbag
* Copy of booking confirmation or copy of tickets
* Unieke serienummers van zowel de wagen als de reistas
* Schademelding binnen 14 dagen na ontstaan van de schade
