The serial number with barcode can be found on a sticker on the bottom right of the stroller frame. The serial number starts with the letters “0403CRZ”.

Your UPPAbaby product comes with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase, provided it is used normally and in accordance with the user manual. The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase, applies exclusively to the original owner, and is non-transferable. Please contact us if you have any questions about the warranty.

The UPPAbaby Travel Bag is recommended for air travel. By registering your stroller and Travel Bag, our TravelSafe program covers any damage to your stroller during air travel.

The TravelSafe program applies to strollers, buggies, Rumble Seats, and separate bassinets for 4 years from the purchase of your products (3 years under original product warranty + 1 year extended warranty by purchasing the Travel Bag). The Travel Safe warranty is ONLY valid for damage to your products sustained during air travel when transported in the special UPPAbaby travel bag. The standard warranty for manufacturing defects on strollers remains 3 years. For the Travel Bag, the warranty for manufacturing defects is 2 years from the date of purchase. If the travel bag is damaged during air travel and this does not affect the functionality of the bag, the bag will not be replaced (e.g., minor damage). The customer must then claim the damage to the travel bag through their travel insurance or the airline.

An example for clarification:
UPPAbaby Vista purchased on 15-05-2024. Warranty expires on 15-05-2027. UPPAbaby Travel Bag purchased on 01-01-2025. In case of damage incurred during air travel, parts will be replaced free of charge until 15-05-2028. In all other cases, manufacturing defects on the stroller will be resolved until 15-05-2027 under the standard 3-year warranty. This is only with normal use according to the manual.

If damage is reported under the Travel Safe warranty, we always need:
* Photo or video of the damage
* Purchase receipts for both the stroller and the travel bag
* Copy of booking confirmation or copy of tickets
* Unique serial numbers for both the stroller and the travel bag
* Damage report within 14 days of the damage occurring
