A squeaky wheel, a creaking frame or any other issue with your stroller? We’re happy to help! During a free service appointment, we’ll look at the problem together and find a suitable solution.

In need of replacement parts? We have plenty of parts in stock, so you can take them home straight away (if needed). Is the problem not covered by the warranty? In that case, you’ll need to pay for any parts yourself.

Good to know: this appointment is intended for technical issues and servicing your pushchair, such as creaking wheels, a squeaky frame or any other fault. It is not a cleaning service. Therefore, please do not bring a pushchair that simply needs cleaning.

Serial numbers

Vista

The serial number is located on a sticker beneath the rear axle on the left-hand side of the frame. The serial number is a sequence of numbers and letters and will look something like this: 0303VISEUOWN122512345. Find the instructions here.

Cruz

The serial number with the barcode can be found on a sticker on the bottom right-hand side of the pushchair frame. The serial number begins with the letters “0403CRZ”. Find the instructions here.

Ridge

The serial number with the barcode can be found on a sticker on the pushchair frame. The code begins with ‘0403RDG’. Find the instructions here.

Minu

The serial number is shown on the registration card and can be found on a sticker on the left-hand side of the frame. The code begins with "0803MIN". Find the instructions here.

Minu Duo

The serial number is shown on the registration card and can be found on a sticker on the left-hand side of the frame. The code begins with "0801MND".

RumbleSeat

The serial number can be found on a sticker on the frame. The code begins with "0904RBS". Find the instructions here.
