Where can I find the serial number for my Vista?
The serial number is located on a sticker under the rear axle on the left side of the frame. The serial number is a series of numbers and letters and will look something like this: 0303VISEUOWN122512345.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
Your UPPAbaby product comes with a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of purchase, provided it is used normally and in accordance with the instruction manual. The warranty is only valid in the country of purchase, applies exclusively to the original owner, and is non-transferable. Please contact us if you have any questions about the warranty.
Do older Rumbleseat models fit the VISTA V3?
Yes, the RumbleSeat is forward and rearward facing compatible with all our models.
Can the VISTA be folded with the Toddler Seat attached?
Yes, you can fold the Vista with the toddler seat attached. The toddler seat must be in the forward-facing position. To fold the stroller more compactly, set the toddler seat to its second most upright position. Click here for an instructional video
What's the best way to travel with the VISTA?
The UPPAbaby Travel Bag is recommended for air travel. By registering your stroller and Travel Bag, our TravelSafe program covers any damage to your stroller incurred during air travel.
How does UPPAbaby's TravelSafe program work?
The TravelSafe program applies to strollers, buggies, Rumble Seats, and separate bassinets for 4 years from the purchase of your products (3 years under original product warranty + 1 year additional warranty by purchasing the Travel Bag). The Travel Safe warranty is ONLY valid for damage that occurred during air travel to your products transported in the special UPPAbaby Travel Bag. The normal warranty for manufacturing defects on strollers remains 3 years. For the Travel Bag, the warranty for manufacturing defects is 2 years from the date of purchase. If the travel bag is damaged during air travel and this does not affect the functionality of the bag, the bag will not be replaced (this includes minor damage). The customer must then claim the damage to the travel bag from their travel insurance or through the airline.
An example for clarification:
UPPAbaby Vista purchased on 15-05-2024. Warranty expires on 15-05-2027. Purchase of the UPPAbaby Travel Bag on 01-01-2025. In case of damage sustained during air travel, parts will be replaced free of charge until 15-05-2028. In all other cases, manufacturing defects on the stroller will be resolved until 15-05-2027 under the standard 3-year warranty. This is only with normal use according to the manual.
If a claim is submitted under the Travel Safe warranty, we always need:
* Photo or video of the damage
* Purchase receipts for both the stroller and the travel bag
* Copy of booking confirmation or copy of tickets
* Unique serial numbers for both the stroller and the travel bag
* Damage report within 14 days of the damage occurring

What is the difference between the Cruz and the Vista?
The Vista is the ultimate, fully-featured stroller that can convert from a single to a double stroller, designed to grow with families and accommodate up to 3 children. It is ideal for families who want to plan for future family expansion. The Cruz is the optimal choice for families looking for a single, spacious stroller that is suitable for city walks and yet compact for storage. You can add a ride-along board for walks with two children, but a second seat cannot be attached to it, unlike the Vista.
The main differences between the VISTA and the CRUZ are:
- The VISTA has space for 2 seats, whereas the CRUZ can only accommodate one seat.
- The VISTA includes the UPPAbaby Bassinet, while the CRUZ is delivered without a bassinet.
- The CRUZ's frame is more compact and lighter.
Which testing and safety protocols does UPPAbaby follow?
All UPPAbaby strollers and car seats meet and exceed compliance standards and governmental safety and testing standards. Governmental safety standards require all car seats and strollers to meet stringent flammability standards. Many manufacturers meet these requirements by treating their fabrics with toxic chemicals such as bromine and chlorine (PBBs and PBDEs), which can be harmful to children. All UPPAbaby products meet all applicable flammability standards without these potentially harmful chemicals.
